Great service here. Cashier had a computer error and it took some time to fix. But they were gracious and very attentive to me and the situation. Also gave me a solid discount for my wait.

Had a great experience getting my AC checked out. They diagnosed the issue quickly — turned out my AC compressor was bad, and my blend door actuator needed replacing too. The technician, Gammy, took the time to walk me through everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. He got the repairs done fast, and the AC's been working perfectly since. The front counter guy Ryan seemed a little off that day — like something was bothering him — but it didn't take away from the overall experience. Gammy made up for it tenfold with his knowledge and speed. Highly recommend asking for him if you go in. Thanks again, Gammy!

Went to get a wheel . I was quoted 125, used a 20.00 coupon to bring it to 105 plus tax. When the job was completed, I was charged 118 and some change. After I paid, they still didn’t hand me my keys. They told me they were waiting on them Then 15 minutes later the guy came back with my truck. Then they gave me my receipt. After going over my receipt, it showed I was charged a shop fee of 12.45. I asked the gentleman what is that. It’s an extra fee they charge for them to service your car. Huh? I wasn’t told about an extra fee. It’s called a misc fee on the receipt but on the paperwork it’s called a shop fee. Company isn’t honest

Horrible service. Took my car to get a tire replaced, and they refused to do it. They didn’t not have my tire size in stock, so I located a tire for my vehicle which had been dropped off since about 1. Once I got the tire they said there was no more available spots for my tire to be changed. Even though I emphasized that I needed my car the same day as I live an hour away. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

My husband and I went to Pep Boys to get a new battery for our car. They got us in and installed our battery the same day. The service guys are super friendly and explained everything to us that they were doing. I will definitely go back for all of my cars needs.
